Return Policy

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


1. Personalized and Made-to-Order Products (Print on Demand)

All items produced on demand (such as customized t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, posters or any other printed item) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your personalized item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@ianparodi.com and include your order number, a photo of the item and a photo of the packaging. Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


2. Non-Customized Products (Dropshipping)

For non-custom goods (gadgets, accessories, home products, etc.) you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, be in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.

Sale items cannot be refunded.


Returns

To start a return, please contact us at contact@ianparodi.com. Do not send any item back without receiving our approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and let you know whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
